PART-TIME PUBLIC WORKS LABORER – FAIRFIELD TOWNSHIP, Cumberland County NJ, is seeking a part-time Public Works Laborer to work primarily at convenience center. Position may also perform road maintenance, snow removal, parks and ground maintenance, etc. Experience operating light and heavy duty equipment a plus. Valid NJ driver’s license required. Salary Range-Minimum Wage to $15.00 per hour. Fairfield Twp. PART-TIME-HOUSING CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER – FAIRFIELD TOWNSHIP, Cumberland County NJ, is seeking a part-time Housing Code Enforcement Officer– up to 12 hours per week- duties include CO and CCO inspections for rental registrations, tenancy transfers and abandoned property monitoring. Experience in enforcing municipal laws preferred. Candidate must possess good communication and organizational skills as well as computer experience. Valid NJ driver’s license required. Salary Range-Minimum Wage to $35.00 per hour. PART-TIME ZONING CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER – FAIRFIELD TOWNSHIP, Cumberland County, NJ, is seeking a part-time Zoning Code Enforcement Officer-up to 12 hours per week to perform a variety of duties in support of the local code enforcement program; monitors and enforces a variety of applicable ordinances, codes, and regulations related to zoning, land use, nuisance housing, health and safety, property maintenance, and other matters of public concern. Position will be responsible for zoning permits/violations, issuance of summonses, and testimony in Municipal Court. Serves as a resource and provides information on regulations to property owners, residents, businesses, and the general public. Experience in enforcing municipal laws, Zoning Official Certificate preferred. Candidate must possess good communication and organizational skills as well as computer experience. Valid NJ driver’s license required. Salary Range-Minimum Wage to $35.00 per hour.
