TOWNSHIP ADMINISTRATOR-F/T-FAIRFIELD TOWNSHIP
Fairfield Township is accepting applications for an experienced Township Administrator. The Township is seeking a qualified leader with strong management, communication and collaboration skills. The ideal applicant should be a team builder with solid interpersonal skills. The Township Administrator shall manage the day-to-day supervision and coordination of all departments; oversee preparation of annual budget by CFO and administer budget controls; advise on policy, personnel and administrative matters; represent the Township in relationships with other government entities; and make recommendations for future plans and programs. Minimum of five (5) years of management experience which shall have involved setting program or organizational goals and objectives, establishing organizational structure or determining the need for and developing plans for organizational changes, setting policy for the organization or program managed by establishing program emphasis and priorities and developing operating and procedural guidelines, and directing the work of the organization or program through subordinate levels of supervision Educational Requirements; Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Education or related field. Certification, including CPM, RMC and QPA a plus; also appointees will be required to possess a valid driver’s license. Salary starting at 35,000.
